About Mary

Coming from New York, I first visited Telluride in 1999 and while hiking I encountered a beautiful waterfall at the end of Bear Creek in the heart of town. I came to find out that it is just one of the many beautiful hikes close by. 7 years later I moved to Telluride when I married my husband Eliot who has lived here since 1994. We share our life with our Portuguese Water Dog Riley (who indeed has the “life of Riley”). Telluride is by far the prettiest place in which I have ever lived..
In 2008, I switched careers from the automotive industry to the real estate industry and have been a Broker Associate with Telluride Real Estate Corporation, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate ever since.
My professional success in my prior life was working as a controller in Connecticut for Roger Penske’s organization in a company of 200 employees and being a member of the Mercedes Benz “Best of the Best” team. My personal success includes learning how to ski when I moved here at the age of 48.
If you have been here before, you may have discovered by now that the majesty and beauty of this mountain town is rivaled only by the special people who live here. Telluride will take your breath away. Perched at nearly 9,000 feet in elevation, there's one road in and one road out. Yet, the opportunities for outdoor adventure stretch beyond town center in a thousand different directions. They say that people come here for the winters but stay for the summers. Once your eyes take in the sheer beauty of Bridal Veil Falls cascading to the east in summer, the yellow leaves rippling on the Aspen trees in Autumn, and the charm of the tiny, historic gingerbread homes, you'll need a day planner just to schedule the insane amount of outdoor adventure.
